Most pavers hold up well in low stress applications.
At Phoenix Paver we set a higher standard, to produce
all our pavers for increased durability. Our Columbia machine,
with its heated head, enables us to add more water each batch.
This allows for a wetter prepress mix and a denser (stronger)
after-press paver..
There is no substitute for computer driven dye mixing
when you want controlled color variation in every load.
Our three bin mix system offers high production
without sacrificing day to day consistency.
Each binreleases a measured amount of pre-colored
material in combination with the others. This process is
continually monitored and controlled by our central program.
