We guarantee our products against manufacturing defects for as long as you own your home.

Pavers must be installed according to ­­­Concrete Masonry & Hardscapes Association installation guidelines,
which importantly excludes the use of 1/4 minus base material.
Phoenix Paver Manufacturing LLC limits their responsibility only to material of their production. Material will be replaced on an one-for-one basis for each item deemed defective by PPM LLC, and will be drawn from products meeting current design standards at the time of replacement. We can not guarantee exact match, but will make an effort to provide acceptable replacements. This guarantee applies only to non-commercial projects and does not include extraction or replacement labor cost. Please contact us with any questions.
